PBP (PROFESSIONAL BUSY PERSON) TIP #1

Make a plan & write it down.


You've heard that before, right? But are you actually doing it? Planning ahead doesn't have to be a daunting task! It can be as simple as taking less than 5 minutes before you go to bed to write down everything you need to do the following day.  Write down each task, what time you're going to do it, and approximately how long it's going to take to complete. That way you can see how everything fits (or doesn't) and prioritize.

Bonus! You'll probably even sleep better that night knowing that tomorrow is taken care of and you won't have all that mind chatter keeping you awake.

When you wake up in the morning, you're going to be so happy that you already have a plan instead of feeling overwhelmed by the day ahead.  Now, you don't have to spend any of your precious morning time stressing about how you're going to get it all done.
